guarantees the quality of its line for your full confidence and
satisfaction. Exchanging a defective, damaged or wrong item are
acceptable for up to one week (7 days) from the time the
customer received the shipment. Exchanging for another size or
another item are acceptable for up to one month (30 days)
from the time the customer received the shipment if the item was not visibly
worn during that time (go to bottom of page
for details on the 30 day exchanges). Exchanges for the following reasons
are acceptable:
Wholesale & Retail Exchanges

Item is damaged during shipment or
defective by production i.e. it is torn, dirty, missing buttons, missing
appliqués or accessories and/or is in any other bad condition as a result of
shipping or production.

The wrong item is shipped. Item shipped
is not the item matching the item photo and item number as shown on our web
site. Note: Since our items are hand -made, minor differences will occur
as no 2 items are exactly alike. This provision covers wrong appliqués,
wrong body style and/or wrong items (by item number).

Customer never received the shipment. All
our shipments are tracked and insured for their value. As soon as we
determine the package was lost we will send you another shipment even before
we are reimbursed by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.)

Wrong size(s) are shipped. We keep your
order form on file to check if the right size was shipped. At the time of
checkout you are given a transaction number for tracking and confirmation
purposes. We strongly encourage you to print out your receipt/confirmation
screen.
Retail Exchanges Only

Size ordered was shipped correctly
but it does not fit your child. For example you ordered a size
12 month outfit, but when you receive the shipment you try it on your
child and you realize it does not fit. We can exchange your item for another
size or in some cases we can make alterations. An example for alterations
will be size 12 month is the right length but it is too loose on your child
- item can be taken in, so it matches the length and width desired.

Exchanges for an entirely different item
are acceptable when the new item is of same or higher value (you must
make up for the price difference if exchanging for a more expensive item)
The above
exchanges available to retail purchases only (different size desired or
different item desired) will be accepted if returned item is in good
condition with no sign of washing, ironing, sun fading, stains, alterations
by customer or other post shipping wear and/or tear. All tags and labels
must be still attached to item.

in a non-satisfactory condition, please refer to top of
page.
Shipment Costs for Exchanges
Shipment costs for all exchanges will be
incurred by buyer/customer and seller/manufacturer. Basicaly, you pay
to ship back to our warehouse and we pay to ship the new item back to you
after the to-be-exchanged item is received at our warehouse.
